Property and Cancellation Policies

Guests must cancel 24 hours prior to check-in time, 3pm mountain standard time, in order to avoid being charged our unwavering cancelation policy of the first night stay.

Terms and Conditions

By signing my name, indemnify responsibility and liability over the following policies, and I do not hold the Woodland Country Lodge responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to myself or other guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables left unsecured.

My card will be charged, or deposit will be subtracted for any items that are missing or damaged.

A minimum of $200 fee will be charged to my card for smoking in any guest room or public area.

A minimum of $200 fee will be charged to my card for having a pet in a non-designated pet room.

A minimun $50 fee will be charged for pet accidents and/or damages to room. 

Pets and children must not be left unattended at any time.

All weekly and monthly bookings are charged upon arrival and are not prorated for early departures of any kind including emergencies.

Housekeeping is daily and upon request only. Weekly and monthly bookings are only cleaned on a weekly basis.

I give permission for staff to remove any belongings from the room and/or charge my card for an additional night if I do not depart by 11am on the agreed departure date.
